Having ran a few marathons I thought I'd give cycling a go so officially picked up my 1st road bike in May 2013 and haven't looked back since.

Tried my hand at a few sports in the past and people I've met through the years have asked whether "I've caught the bug"...having been in the saddle now for nearly 12 months I'd have to say cycling is for me!!

Got a young family so the lengthy sunday rides have to be balanced depending on circumstances but otherwise, along with the daily commutes, I'm out as much possible.
